What is RouteX?
RouteX is a modular logistics management platform: it records the order, builds and optimizes the route, hands it to the driver on their phone, shows the status to the end customer and stores the proof of delivery with photo, signature and GPS. Each company switches on only the modules it uses.
How much does RouteX cost?
We don't publish a price list. The quote is built around your order volume, number of drivers and the modules you activate. Write to sales@routex.solutions and we'll put together a proposal for your operation.
Does RouteX optimize routes automatically?
Yes, and it helps to know how they differ. Auto-Dispatch splits pending orders instantly, without looking at the map: it keeps the route an order already has and, failing that, gives it to the least loaded driver. Route optimization re-plans the whole day using the map: it splits by where each delivery is and computes the order each driver follows, with live traffic — fewer miles driven, in exchange for taking longer. Auto-Dispatch and the live map are included in every plan; route optimization, from Growth up.
Is there an app for drivers?
Yes, native apps for Android and iOS. Drivers get the optimized route, navigate delivery by delivery and close each one with a photo, digital signature and geolocation. There is also an inventory app with QR and barcode scanning.
Does it integrate with my ERP or current systems?
Yes. REST API integration is included from the Enterprise tier, with documentation and Postman collections. We also build custom modules and offer a guided integration service.
Can the end customer see where their package is?
Yes. Automatic status notifications can be purchased from the Essential tier, over SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram. You can also request a customer rating when the delivery is closed.
Can it run across several countries and currencies?
Yes. The multi-country / multi-currency module is included from the Enterprise tier, along with SLA contracts and 24/7 support. The platform is available in Spanish and English.
Do you charge for implementation?
No. Implementation is free: onboarding, initial setup and importing your data are all included. We guide you through the rollout without billing that work separately.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There is no minimum term and no lock-in. If the system no longer works for your operation, you tell us and cancel whenever you want, with no penalties and no paperwork.
