What we do
RouteX is last-mile delivery software: it optimizes routes and assigns orders, tracks deliveries in real time, stores proof of delivery with photo, signature and GPS, and covers inventory, fleet, rates, notifications and analytics on the same platform.
The platform is modular: each operation switches on only the modules it uses, from route optimization and the live map to automated dispatch, inventory and SLA contracts.
The software runs in the browser and through native Android and iOS apps, with support in Spanish and English.
How we work
Free implementation
Onboarding, initial setup and importing your data are included, with no implementation cost.
A quote around your operation
We don't publish a price list: the proposal is built around your order volume, driver count and the modules you activate.
No lock-in
There is no minimum term or cancellation penalty: you can cancel whenever you want.
Integration with your systems
The REST API is included from the Enterprise tier and orders can also be bulk-uploaded from Excel; the professional integration service is offered at an extra cost.
Support and onboarding
Support answers in Spanish and English; the Enterprise tier adds 24/7 support with SLA.
