How does RouteX compute the route?
It splits deliveries by their location on the map and computes each driver's visit order with live traffic. Fewer miles are driven, at the cost of taking longer than an instant split. AI route optimization is included from the Growth tier.
Can I change a route after assigning it?
Yes. Dispatch can reassign orders and drivers can re-sequence their deliveries from the map without calling in. If you prefer automatic assignment, Auto-Dispatch is included in every plan.
What do I need to run it?
Orders are imported from Excel or the API. Drivers use the RouteX app for Android and iOS and no special hardware is required. The platform works with thermal label printers and Bluetooth or USB scanners.
Does it work if my operation changes every day?
Yes. The sequence is recomputed every day and the live map shows each delivery's status, so changes are managed against the real operation instead of a printed sheet.
